Cluster software
Computational cluster is supplied with the operation system Scientific Linux with NFS home-directories and standard open source software.
Operating system:
- cluster: Scientific Linux SL release 4.6
- cluster01-07, 12-16: Scientific Linux SL release 4.9
- cluster12, 21-23, 31-36: Scientific Linux SL release 5.6
- cluster41, 42: Scientific Linux SL release 6.0
- cluster51-55: Scientific Linux SL release 6.0
Installed software includes:
- gcc (c++, gfortran, f77)
- MPI (mpich2, located in /opt/mpich2/)
- GNU Scientific Library
- ATLAS (in /opt/atlas)
- gnuplot
Cluster users are welcome to install additional software in their home-directories on local servers.
